Anna Angela Taylor
Angela Taylor is an ICT Project Manager with Leicestershire County Council. She has over 20 years experience of working in ICT and over 5 years of working on the delivery of electronic services. This has included managing projects on behalf of the 9 Leicestershire local authorities who are working in partnership to provide access to joined-up information and services across the three tiers of local government in Leicestershire (County, District and Parish).
