Prístupnosť www stránok pre ľudí so zrakovým postihnutím - ukážky úprav www stránok | Kongres ITAPA 2003
Cieľom tejto prezentácie je: • poskytnúť základné informácie o medzinárodných kritériách pre tvorbu www stránok, prístupných pre ľudí so zdravotným postihnutím, • na konkrétnych príkladoch demonštrovať aplikáciu tých kritérií, ktoré sú dôležité pre používateľov so zrakovým postihnutím. Z kritérií pre tvorbu prístupných www stránok sa bude zaoberať kritériami konzorcia W3, iniciatívy WAI: všeobecnými zásadami (WCAG - Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), k nim prislúchajúcimi kontrolnými bodmi (checkpoints) a technikami pre ich implementáciu (techniques for WCAG). Vzhľadom na význam kontrolných bodov, môžu mať prioritu 1 až 3 (priority level). Stránke, ktorá spĺňa kontrolné body s prioritou 1 zodpovedá úroveň prístupnosti A (conformance level), s prioritou 1 a 2 úroveň prístupnosti AA, s prioritou 1 až 3 úroveň prístupnosti AAA. Príklady aplikácie týchto kritérií budú realizované ako názorné ukážky možných problémov, zmien v zdrojovom kóde www stránok a ich vizuálna a zvuková reprezentácia.
