Using Slovanet as a concrete example, we will show what changes when AI moves from being used in isolated tools and individual use cases to becoming a routine part of how a company operates. Alongside adoption and governance, there is a growing need to address the security of data, identities, access rights, and the use of AI itself in real-world operations. We will explain how we are addressing these challenges within our own organisation, what new questions AI raises for cybersecurity, and introduce a layer of protection that helps us gain better visibility into AI usage, protect sensitive data, and, in the event of an incident, trace what happened. Our goal is to make the fullest possible use of AI’s potential - boldly and practically, but also securely and responsibly, so that AI can become a trusted part of the company’s day-to-day operations.
