Security turned into Cybersecurity when we connected our systems and data started to flow around. Now, more than ever, it is instrumental to understand who has access to now, when, from where and why. It is critical to have full control over access to sensitive information, critical data from customers and other stakeholders. In a world where everybody has become a target, it is imperative that we embrace the shift in perception from technology risk to enterprise risk. It’s time to adapt and adopt emerging trends and technologies and govern the access to customer data, health records, billing information. We have to do it with the right mindset, the right attitude. And that’s the willingness of protecting and defending, with the right technologies, the right partner in a changing security landscape.
