Peter Steinhübl
Peter Steinhübl is a qualified lawyer who has been working in the field of IT and labor law for more than 10 years. He has been working in Slovensko.Digital since 2019 as a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for the tax - levy group and also acts as a member of the presidium in the Žilina IT cluster. From 1 April 2023, he is also the CEO of Slovensko.Digital. He acquired his education and work experience in Slovakia, Austria and Germany. It is dedicated to improvements in the field of IT - defining and fulfilling the needs of customers in the business, public and third sector with the aim of bringing IT solutions that reduce the administrative burden as much as possible and allow organizations as well as individual employees to focus their attention on the essential activities of their work - implement concrete and meaningful projects, the use of which makes people happy, saves time, energy and brings benefits.

A practical look at the entire eInvoicing lifecycle will show that successful implementation requires organisations to manage four interconnected areas: issuing, sending, receiving and posting invoices. We will also look at the readiness of Slovak companies and accounting and ERP systems, as well as the key principles organisations should address before the new regime comes into effect. -
Introduction to the masterclass
The introduction will explain why the impact of eInvoicing will vary depending on the size of the organisation, its VAT status, the accounting system it uses, and the complexity of its approval processes. Participants will gain a clear framework for assessing whether they will only receive eInvoices or whether they will also be required to issue and send them. The session will also provide sufficient time to answer questions from the audience. -
Introduction to the masterclass
Practical examples will demonstrate how a received eInvoice moves through the process, from secure delivery through to verification and posting. Thanks to structured data, the system can automatically extract information from the invoice, reducing manual data entry, errors and the time required to process the document. The session will also allow sufficient time for questions from the audience. -
A final word (20 min)
The final session will summarise the steps organisations should take before the new requirements come into effect. -
