Peter Blaškovitš
Dipl. Ing. Peter Blaškovitš is an experienced manager, innovator, and strategic advisor with more than 27 years of international career experience in public administration, digitization, information technology, telecommunications, and energy innovation. He currently serves as CIO of the Center for Cardiovascular Surgery and Transplantation in Brno and Deputy Director of St. Anne's University Hospital in Brno, where he leads projects in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and the "smart hospital" concept. He is a member of the Council of Slovak Exporters and the founder of the economic think tank EXPORT ANALYTICA, which focuses on developing policy reforms grounded in financial data and performance.

He is also a member of the ITAPA Council and the Executive Committee of the National Hydrogen Association of Slovakia, and was actively involved in the creation of the National Hydrogen Strategy of the Slovak Republic.
In the past, he served as CEO and advisor to the Minister of Economy for Innovation and Energy, as director of the National Health Information Center, as a member of the board of Slovak Post, and in management positions at Siemens Business Services and Tawasul Telecom in the GCC region. He is recognized for his ability to lead complex reforms in eGovernment, the digitization of public services, and the development of the hydrogen economy. He is the recipient of the 2019 ITAPA Award for the best IT project in Slovakia - the eRecipe (eRecept) system. In addition to his native Slovak, he speaks fluent English, intermediate German, and can also communicate in Arabic.
