He has held the position of Managing Director and Managing Director for the Slovak and Czech Republics since 5 June 2017. Prior to accepting this position at Atos IT Solutions and Services, s.r.o., he worked for the last 4 years as General Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Slovakia, s.r.o. After joining HP/HPE in 1998, he worked as Enterprise Account Manager and Dealer Manager as the first employee of the division dedicated to enterprise solutions in Slovakia. In 2003 he became District Manager for the public sector TSG Sales, responsible for the entire HP portfolio within the public sector in Slovakia. Later he held several sales positions in Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. In 2006, he became Director of Public Sector for the CEE, Middle East and Africa regions. In 2008-2009 he was Sales Director for "Consulting and Integration" within the CEE region and the following year he became Country Sales Lead for Enterprise Services division of HP Slovakia. In 2010 he was appointed Country Director of Enterprise Services HP Slovakia, responsible for the management of Enterprise Services division, which covered "System Integration", "Consulting" and "Outsourcing", "Applications development and management" in Slovakia. In May 2013 he became Managing Director and Enterprise Group Leader at Hewlett-Packard Slovakia, s.r.o. (later renamed to Hewlett Packard Enterprise Slovakia, s.r.o.). During these years, in addition to working for HP/HPE, Martin was also a member of the Presidium of the IT Association of Slovakia since 2012 and in 2014 he became a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Chamber of Commerce and President of Junior Achievement Slovakia, where he served until the end of 2016. He is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of Junior Achievement SR.
