Philip Chertoff

Globsec Policy Institute
Philip Chertoff is a junior research fellow in the Defence and Security Programme at the GLOBSEC Policy Institute (GPI), where he is developing a new Institute initiative on critical information infrastructure cybersecurity. Before he joined GPI, Philip worked as a senior strategy analyst at Accenture Strategy in Chicago, developing technology strategies for companies in the retail and financial services industries. He also served as a research associate for the Chicago Council on Global Affairs Emerging Leaders Program, studying private sector responses to state-sponsored hacking. His commentary has appeared in international publications such as Wired and Boston Globe.

Rastislav Janota

Rastislav Janota has more than 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications sector. During his professional career, he held several expert and top managerial positions in the field of ICT and cyber security both in the private sector and in public administration, both in Slovakia and in various countries abroad. Since September 1, 2023, he has been working as a special envoy of the NBU for cyber security at the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Washington, D.C., USA.

Jean-pierre Nordvik

Jean-Pierre Nordvik has a M.Sc degree in electro-mechanical engineering from the “Université Libre de Bruxelles”, Belgium. He has been working since 1989 for the European Commission. Luigi Rebuffi is the Secretary General and founder of ECSO (European Cyber Security Organisation) as well as founder and senior advisor to the EOS Board (EOS - European Organisation for Security) and the. After having graduated in Nuclear Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano (Italy), he worked in Germany on the development of high power microwave systems for the next thermonuclear fusion reactor (ITER). Ondřej Šťáhlavský

Ondřej Šťáhlavský is respected expert within IT Security field almost 15 years. He has joined Fortinet 10 years ago as the first Territory Manager for the CEE region. Within those years Ondřej served in multiple roles, one of them was EMEA Technical Support Director where he built the new Technical Assistance Center supporting the EMEA region from Prague (Czech Republic).
