The Central Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family is the recipient of assistance from the European Social Fund (ESF). It implements the National Project X NP-2 "Improving and increasing access to employment services."

Under the National Project X NP-2 the company Atos IT Solutions and Services Ltd. implemented Employment Services Information System, which was launched into the productive operation on April l0, 2012. Nowadays the information system is used by more than 1,400 online users in 132 offices in all regions of Slovakia.

The new information system is a significant change for employment services. Instead of approximately 600 different databases (each of which was available just for one of department offices, respectively of the headquarter) only one central database exists now - all online users work there. All the relevant data from all departments were – by the challenging process of cleaning and consolidating data - brought together into the central database.
