Creativity is very intense in children up to the age of 6. With the advent of science subjects, mathematics, physics, and other subjects have taken a back seat. People must return to creativity again precisely because they need to be able to relax because they use a different hemisphere at work than in creative activities.

Even enthusiasts of technical disciplines need to be able to switch off; analytical work by itself does not offer rest. A path back to creativity can be a return to the playfulness we had as children—and, surprisingly, artificial intelligence can help. As it makes creation easier, it also opens new possibilities for sharing works and connecting with an audience.

When analysis isn’t enough: switch into the creative zone

Training at the gym often tires the body, yet the mind keeps churning through the same problems. That’s why a deliberate return to creative activities that small children naturally cultivate helps, and to embrace them as a path to relaxation, not as a performance to be graded.
