Register of decisions
Presentation of the central component "Register of Decisions", which will provide enhanced services for the purpose of administrative proceedings for physical persons, legal entities and public authorities, as part of the principle of "once and enough".
The Register of Decisions is intended to make life easier for both citizens and authorities: it will allow sharing already issued decisions without attaching them again and will make them clearly accessible within life events. The project being prepared by NASES is a response to the long-standing problem of violating the “once-only” principle. However, before a successful launch, it will require clear rules, standards, and support in legislation. In many applications, citizens still attach documents that have already been issued by another authority, such as a final occupancy decision or a certificate of ownership. This repeated collection of data burdens both people and authorities and, in practice, weakens the “once-only” principle. Imagine notifying a minor structure: instead of hunting for papers, the authority itself should be able to verify the necessary decisions. That is exactly what the register is meant to enable. Why a Register of Decisions
