Since 2010, she has served as Director of the Personnel Office at the Central Office of Labor, Social Affairs, and Family, where she contributed to the centralization of personnel processes across the Labor, Social Affairs, and Family´s offices. From 2012 to 2016, she served as Director General of the Personnel Office at the Financial Directorate of the Slovak Republic, where she was responsible for tasks related to establishing strategic management and comprehensive coordination of personnel processes on a national scale. Her responsibilities included, among other things, training related to the implementation of the Financial Administration Information System and the development of further professional training programs. She co-authored the Act on Financial Administration.  Prior to joining the Alliance of Sectoral Councils, she served as Director of the Human Resources Department at the Implementation Agency of the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, and Family of the Slovak Republic (IMPLEA), where she established the organization’s personnel policy with an emphasis on compensation as well as motivational growth schemes for employees.
