Soňa Karabelli
She has long focused on strategic human resources management and the transformation of personnel processes in public administration at the national level. Since 2010 she served as Director of the Personnel Office at the Central Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family, contributing to the centralisation of HR processes across the PSVR offices. From 2012 to 2016 she led the Personnel Office of the Financial Directorate of the Slovak Republic as Director-General, responsible for the strategic management of personnel processes and for training linked to the implementation of the Financial Administration Information System. She co-authored the Act on Financial Administration. Before joining the Alliance of Sectoral Councils, she headed the Human Resources Department at the Implementation Agency of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family (IMPLEA). At the Alliance she now works on connecting the labour market, skills and the qualifications framework, with an emphasis on digital and green competences and modern tools for forecasting labour-market needs.
