National Institute of Children's Diseases , Director
Director of the National Institute of Children's Diseases in Bratislava and deputy head of the Department of Pediatric Urology at the Faculty of Medicine of Comenius University and the National Institute of Children's Diseases, as well as the chief expert on pediatric urology at the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic. He has been working at the largest children's hospital for more than 23 years. In his management role, he focuses on the comprehensive development of the children's hospital, covering medical, operational, and strategic aspects. Among the most notable recent activities under his leadership is the opening of the Center for Robotic Surgery for Children at NÚDCH, making the institute the second facility in Central Europe with this equipment for pediatric patients.   This step confirms the focus on modernization, improving treatment quality, and shortening recovery time for young patients, under the leadership of MUDr. Bartoň, the hospital is establishing itself as a modern facility with international standards. His management brings a strong managerial approach combined with professional medical expertise. As a surgeon, he brings new and unique surgical methods to NÚDCH and leads foreign experts.
