Having worked for over 20 years for the international company NCH Corporation in positions such as Operations Manager CEE and later as Director of Operational Excellence Europe, after deciding to leave the corporate environment, he founded the family company SILVERGON s. r. o., which he currently leads. The company focuses on personal assistance services for seniors and the development of a unique application to support informal family caregivers of the close elderly. One of the company's goals is to raise awareness of support for informal caregivers in the workplace and to build a "Caregiver Friendly Workplace".
