He has over 20 years of experience in managing software projects, with a focus on delivering reliable services. These include the CDESK Service Desk and Customer Monitor tools – IT monitoring and management solutions created on his initiative. Under his leadership, CDESK has evolved from a simple helpdesk for internal use into a modern and flexible service desk used by institutions and companies of various sizes. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at STU in Bratislava.
