He graduated from Alexander Dubček University in Trenčín, where he obtained an engineering degree in socio-economic relations. He began his professional career in the field of labor, social affairs, and family as director of the Office of Labor, Social Affairs, and Family in Piešťany. He later worked at the Central Office of Labor, Social Affairs and Family, where he held several management positions, including that of Director General (2012–2021). In 2022–2023, he was involved in expert activities in the field of lifelong learning, regional labor market development, and work organization management. He collaborated with the Association of Employers' Unions and Associations of the Slovak Republic, the Association of Industrial Unions and Transport, the Implementation Agency of the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic, and the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic.
