She has completed both high school and college at the Department of Health. She received further training in health care organisation, mainly abroad. Her work experience is in healthcare delivery, commercial supplementary health, and public health insurance. She has specialised in health care purchasing for more than 20 years, most of which were spent at Union Health Insurance Company, a.s., as Director of the Purchasing Department for Inpatient and Nursing Care and JHA. In the external environment, she participated mainly in the development and implementation of DRG in Slovakia. Her ability to bring people together across the sector led to her nomination as Executive Director of the Association of Health Insurance Companies of the Slovak Republic in 2024.
