Ing. Barbara Siekel, PhD. has a long-standing interest in health topics with real impact on the quality of public services and the long-term sustainability of public finances. In the past, she has worked as an expert evaluator of major investment projects and has been involved in projects supporting research, development, and innovation in Slovakia. She also transfers her expertise into teaching practice at the University of Economics in Bratislava.
