The Digital Coalition of Slovakia and Professionally Oriented IT Specialist

At present, the requirements for adapting education to current and prospective labor market needs resonate. This also applies to the ICT sector in Slovakia, which, compared to the current state, where at least 13 000 ICT specialists are missing, will need additional capacities to handle digital transformation and digitization in all sectors and areas. Within the framework of the Digital Coalition, all relevant players in Slovakia are involved in tackling the lack of digital skills: the state, the academy community and companies.
