One of the key areas of using the electronic signature is communication of citizens and businesses with public administration. At public administration's side the key technical element of such communication is the electronic delivery (ED).
ED is the input or input/output gate for public administration systems, starting with simple register massages up to systems implementing specific processes.
Implementing the electronic signature into internal processes of public administration is quite difficult from different reasons. Therefore, the ED is establishing the best circumstances for simplifying the implementation of electronic signature in specific procedures with clearly defined communication.
The presentation will outline the basic problems of ED implementation and their solutions linked to using electronic signature for specific procedures.
