It supports the ability of the enterprise to form what changes are to be made in public services and organization of the institution to fulfill defined strategies and how IT support will change for this. Such an architecture helps to “do the right thing”. Architecture than supports implementation of process and IT solutions management, consequently their operation and service delivery. A so this architecture helps to “do things right”.
