Róbert Hernady
After graduating the High Film School in Čimelice studied the Electro technical Faculty of CVUT in Prague. Since 1991, he worked as a senior programmer - analyst in Montovane Stavby a.s. in Prague and Israel. In 1993 becomes an employee of the ATIA s.r.o. and collaborated on the localization and the sale of the CAAD systems.
Since 1994, joined Microsoft, where he worked at the position Product Support Services. Later, he became the Account Technology Specialist for the sector of the public administration. At the present time he is on the position of Regional Solution Architect, where he is involved in the design of large systems supporting e-Government. He was responsible for delivering Government Gateway solution for the Czech Republic, Kazakhstan and Malaysia.

Governments around the world have on their priority list creation of e-Government projects where they want to increase Government efficiency, improve Citizens services, reduce amount of papers, deliver 24x7 accessibility of Government and interconnect Government Agencies altogether for simplified data exchange. Czech Government Gateway (GG) is a specific Microsoft solution for successful implementation of such e-Government projects. The GG represents one of the building blocks in e-Government strategy for creation of central communication hub, registration and enrolment authority and technology for seamless integration with various back-end systems on Government Agencies' side.
