Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) is the bible of the automotive industry. Still, in practice, its processes are often lost in a confusing network of Excel spreadsheets, emails, and shared drives. In our 7-minute presentation, we will show how we are transforming this fragmented reality into a unified digital nervous system built on Microsoft Power Platform and Fabric. Using specific examples of modules for Costing, CAPEX, Quality Management (QCM/8D), and Automated Order Processing (PO), we demonstrate how a single source of truth is created. The result is real-time auditability, the elimination of manual errors, and significantly faster, safer new product launches.
