OPATRIO - CRM system for care service providers
Higher quality of life of people who depend on the help of others and more effective management of home care services in Slovakia is the main goal of the "OPATRIO" project.
Slovakia is aging and the number of people dependent on home care services is increasing, which brings higher demands on management and funding. The introduced CRM system „opatri“ aims to simplify administration, connect all participants, and improve the quality of provision. The project was created with support from Norwegian grants and the state budget. Providers are facing a growing number of service recipients while staffing capacity in municipalities and towns is limited. The administration related to support projects is extensive and often repeated across various spreadsheets and forms. Another challenge is communication with recipients’ loved ones and the operational management of caregivers in the field, which requires clear and fast information. Without an appropriate system, these tasks accumulate and slow down the actual assistance in households.Why home care needs a new tool
