BTL, which last year celebrated 30 years on the market, is introducing a new chapter in neurorehabilitation thanks to the BTL Robotics division. It builds on proven technologies and acquisitions and complements them with motivational digital elements. The goal is to deliver reliable solutions for therapists and patients in Slovakia and around the world.

From a student idea to a global brand

BTL was founded in Prague when students of a technical university decided to modernize outdated rehabilitation equipment and provide its servicing. After just three years, the first foreign branch was established in Slovakia (1996) and the company gradually grew. Today it operates in more than 80 countries, employs over 3 400 people, including more than 400 developers, and focuses on two main divisions: healthcare and aesthetic medicine. In healthcare, in addition to conventional physiotherapy devices, it also develops new solutions with an emphasis on user experience and design.
