Application Slovensko v mobile: current state and future outlook
In this block, we’ll talk about milestones the application Slovensko v mobile (SvM) achieved since it’s launch in 2022, what users can expect by the end of 2023 and SvM roadmap for 2024/2025.
Since June 2022, the Slovensko v mobile app has been connecting citizens with authorities and simplifying access to e‑services. The number of logins via the mobile key is growing, and the developers are revealing what will arrive by the end of the year and into 2025. We present a brief overview of the updates and plans. The app aims to be a communication channel between citizens and public administration and gradually open space for cooperation with the private sector as well. Since launch, four key services have been added: creation of the mobile key and activation of the app, logging into the electronic mailbox without a reader, and access to selected specialized portals. Examples include Finančná správa, Sociálna poisťovňa, or access to the health record via the national health portal, and in December 2022 the first state alerts were added — notifications for debtors from Sociálna poisťovňa. The mobile key is proactively used today by approximately 133 thousand users, who have carried out almost 2.4 million logins in total, with the trend rising compared to readers and eID.From launch to today
