In the organization Aj Ty in IT, I have been covering two main topics since April 2018 - People and Strategy. My task is conceptual cooperation with companies that want to employ and support women in IT positions so that they can fulfill the goals in this direction in the most meaningful way. This job allows me to transfer the 13 years of experience I gained in international IT recruitment into local practice and thereby change the conditions of employment and support of women in Slovak IT for the better.
