Anca holds a Ph.D. Degree in Artificial Intelligence and over 10 years of experience as a researcher in Argentina and Romania. Her work was published in two prestigious international journals in her field of expertise and awarded by the Romanian Ministry of Research and Education. She had collaborations with the United Nations University on Policy-Driven Electronic Governance (UNU-EGOV) and UNESCO and in 2022 she was among the first 40 female data scientists in a competition organized by Stanford University.
