Ján Hargaš
He is an expert in digital transformation with over 15 years of experience in Slovakia and abroad. He advocates for transparent government IT, improving the quality of public services for users, and the digital transformation of the Slovak economy and society. He studied International Business at the University of Economics in Bratislava. In 2016, he co-founded the civic association "Slovensko.Digital," where he served as the Executive Director from 2016 to 2019. Since 2020, he has been an advisor to the Minister of Investments, Regional Development, and Informatization. From July 2021 to February 2022, he held the position of State Secretary for Informatization in Slovakia.

Ľubor Illek
Ľubor Illek is the founder of the civic association Slovakia.digital, where he also works. He has been involved in eGovernment area, primarily in data management, electronic signature, copyright, security, eGovernment projects evaluation. Since 2003 he has been a member of the Slovak Informatics Society. In 2009, he was one of the founding members of the Open Information Technology Society, in which he pursued the idea of openness in public policy making, especially in OpenData, open standards and the use of free software. Marián Marek
As a graduate from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava he started to work in private company PosAm as a trader to become a director and the owner of the company just four years after. Under his leadership, the company switched from sales to the development of software solutions and has been placed in the top ten in the TOP Trend Ranking for several years in a row. Marián Marek is a member of the Presidium of the IT Association of Slovakia, a professional association of the most important domestic and foreign companies operating in the field of information and communication technologies and a member of the Presidium of the National Union of Employers.

Ján Bučkuliak
Ján Bučkuliak currently works at the Office of the Government as an advisor to the Prime Minister for the informatization of public administration and at the same time as the General Director of the Information Technology Section. He started working in public administration in the spring of 2020 as a member of the Permanent Crisis Staff. He previously worked in the private sector in the field of IT and digital marketing.

Vladimír Bednár
Vladimír Bednár works as the General Director of the Information Technology Section, Ministry of Finance. At the same time, he serves on several supervisory and administrative boards of entities within the competence of the Ministry of Finance. He is the main leader in the reform of departmental IT management. Since 2018, he has held several managerial and expert positions at the Ministry of Finance, the City of Bratislava and the National Agency for Network and Electronic Services. He previously worked in the private sector as a consultant for the public and private sectors, especially in GIS and Financial IT Systems. He studied International Relations and Geodesy and Cartography and Cadastre.
