The Covid-19 pandemic has fundamentally accelerated many trends in the digitalisation of the economy and society in a few years. In order for a country to prosper in this new age, it must adapt its institutions and regulations to these changes and thus create the conditions for the best possible value creation. Juraj Bárdy
Juraj Bárdy is an expert on digital innovation in public administration. In 2015-2016, he prepared the new National Concept of Informatization of Public Administration for Data Management and Big Data SK. He also prepared the strategic document for the area of growth of digital services and the area of infrastructure of the next generation access network 2014-2020, which determined Slovakia's progress in the development of eGovernment and was the basis for the Operational Programme Integrated Infrastructure (2013-2014). He also proposed solutions and oversaw the implementation of the national eHealth solution in Kosovo (2011-2015). In 2006, he graduated from the University of Žilina with a Master of Science in Applied Informatics.
