Zuzana Rennerová

National Institute of Children’s Diseases, Head of the Clinic
MUDr. Zuzana Rennerová, PhD, MBA, currently works as the head of the Department of Pediatric Pneumology and Physiology of the Faculty of Medicine of the Slovak Medical University and National Institute of Children’s Diseases in Bratislava. After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine in Bratislava in In 1966, she received a 1st degree certification in pediatrics in 1999 and subsequently in 2005 a certification in pediatrics according to EU guidelines. She gradually supplemented her expertise with other specializations, in 2007 she certified in clinical immunology and allergology at the IPVZ in Prague and in 2020 in pediatric pneumology and phthisiology at the Jessenius Medical Faculty of Comenius University in Martin. In 1999-2000, she completed a 6-month internship at the Children's Clinic of La Sapienza University in Rome. There she continued her postgraduate studies in Pediatric Sciences, which she successfully completed in 2005. In 2019, she successfully completed her studies in the field of Master of Business Administration in Prague. Since graduating from medical school, she has been working with children with respiratory and especially allergic diseases, with a focus on their severe forms. For a long time, he also deals with children's patients with food allergies.
