Viktória Ďurajová covers a wider range of projects in the field of development and implementation of innovations - in diagnostics, therapy, prevention, personalized medicine and process management. She is interested in the analysis of possible sources of external funding for hospital development plans and subsequent acquisition of resources for their implementation. She has many years of experience in project management in various funding schemes such as EŠIF, POO, APVV, national and international grant schemes. She sees the importance of multidisciplinarity in creating quality healthcare projects and sufficient education of staff and patients for their successful implementation. At University Hospital with Polyclinic F.D. Roosevelt in Banská Bystrica she was at the forefront of the preparation and implementation of the first Telemedicine projects.
