Václav Koudele
He has been working at Microsoft for 12 years in various roles focusing on public administration projects. For the last 5 years he has been responsible for Microsoft strategic projects in the Czech Republic and Central Europe. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the ICT Union of the Czech Republic, where for the last 6 years he has been responsible for the coordination of vendors in the field of Cloud computing and currently also in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Previously, he worked for 20 years in various positions in ICT in public administration, including 12 years as CIO of the Pilsen Region. He studied economics and public administration at the University of West Bohemia and the Czech Agricultural University.

As hybrid cloud helps in practice to provide reliable and secure services
State Treasury Center of Shared Service is state company which is established by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic for providing of ICT services. Mainly for area of Ministry of Finance, and in the future for other public administration authorities. SPCSS provides its services primarily through its data center. Due to greater flexibility and efficiency combines own datacenter with commercial cloud services Microsoft Azure. These are mainly services related to long-term storage, backup and TEST/DEV environment. The goal is improved efficiency and faster response to customer needs.
State Treasury Shared Service Center is also preparing additional services based on the principles of a hybrid cloud. On the same principles built and draft national cloud computing strategy, which is currently prepared by the Ministry of Interior.
