Tomáš Rusiňák
Tomáš Rusiňák, LL.M., graduated from Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. After completing his studies, he worked at large, renowned Slovak law firms and was registered as a lawyer with the Slovak Bar Association. He has been working at the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic since 2024, initially serving as Director General of the Legislation and Law Section. Since August 2025, he has been acting as the Minister's Plenipotentiary for the Construction of Healthcare Facilities within the competence of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic. In this role, he is responsible for coordinating the construction and modernization of hospitals, overseeing compliance with schedules and budgets, and the use of financial resources. He is actively involved in strategic decision-making, public procurement, and partner cooperation to improve hospital infrastructure in Slovakia. His goal is to ensure modern, efficient, and accessible hospital infrastructure that meets the highest standards of quality and patient comfort. Currently, the ministry's most significant projects include the construction of new hospitals in Banská Bystrica and Martin.
