She has been managing large institutions, projects, systems, and multidisciplinary international teams for more than 25 years. She has been working as an international expert with the focus on telemedicine, eHealth, health financing, primary healthcare, health management, and health innovations for international organizations (World Bank, European Commission, World Health Organization) and beyond, in more than 15 countries in Europe and Asia. As director of the Croatian Health Insurance Fund, she was managing a 3 billion EUR health budget of the Republic of Croatia and representing Croatia in the eHealth Network and numerous EU digital health initiatives. She initiated and participated in numerous health reforms and in the development of strategies and policy papers in health sectors in the EU and beyond.
