As Head of the ‘eID Technical Framework’ Sector in DG Connect, Åsa oversees the implementation of the European Digital Identity Wallet and its framework. Previously, she has worked as a policy officer in the field of eGovernment, web accessibility and Better Internet for Kids. Her educational background is in political science, where she holds a master’s degree in EU governance and public policy.
