He works as a Specialist for Socio-Economic Development at the Institute for Social Policy within the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic. His work focuses on labour market analysis, interregional disparities and the evaluation of public policies. He developed extensive experience in strategic and conceptual work, the management of national and international projects, and data infrastructure in public administration, particularly during his long-standing career at the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic and within the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family. He has led and coordinated a number of national and international projects in areas including statistical information systems, Business Intelligence solutions, the preparation and processing of election results, the integration of statistical and spatial data using GIS in line with European standards, and the implementation of European standards for the exchange of microdata and statistics. He studied regional geography at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Comenius University in Bratislava, where he later also pursued doctoral studies. He combines his academic background with practical expertise, particularly in projects focused on the digital transformation and modernisation of public administration.
