Graduate of the University of Žilina in Žilina in the field of road and urban transport operations and economics. After completing his studies, he worked at the Košice Transport Company, where he participated in the creation of route management and the introduction of information boards. He then held the position of director at TOP INVEST, a.s., o.c.p., where he was involved in trading on the Stock Exchange. Since 2002, he has worked for the Košice Self-Governing Region as a road transport officer, focusing on planning, ordering, and controlling transport services. Since 2019, he has been the managing director and director of IDS Východ, s.r.o., which is building an integrated transport system in eastern Slovakia. Since 2022, he has been the chairman of the transport section of the SK8 Association and, since 2024, a member of the Council of Ordering Parties of the National Transport Authority.
