Experienced leader in digital transformation and innovation in public administration. He specialises in strategic and crisis management, with a long track record in key positions in government and public enterprises. At the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic, he leads the main agendas of digital transformation of public administration, including information technology, innovation, and cybersecurity. He is responsible for strategic coordination, policy development, and implementing the ministry's priorities effectively. Previously, he served as CEO of the Slovak Railways (2023) and a member of the Board of Directors or Director of Services at the Railway Company Slovakia (2016-2022). At the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic, he has held several management positions, including Director of the Office of the Secretary General of the Service Office (2012-2016), Director of the Management Support Department and Director General of the Inspection in Social Affairs (2024 - 2025). He studied marketing and management at Tomas Bata University in Zlín and obtained an engineering degree. He completed further professional education at RISEBA University of Applied Sciences in Riga, focusing on project management.
