Since 2018, Radka Bystřická has been the Executive Director of Sdružení VIA, a Czech nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing digitalization and technological development in civil society. Under her leadership, the organization created the Cybersecurity Kit for Nonprofits, leads the national survey State of IT in the Czech Nonprofit Sector, and develops educational programs to strengthen organizations' digital capacities. She focuses on digital transformation, cybersecurity, and the use of artificial intelligence. As a trainer and facilitator, she helps nonprofit teams develop digital strategies and use technology in ways that are both meaningful and sustainable. She believes digital transformation brings real value only when it strengthens an organization's ability to fulfill its social mission.
