He graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava. After completing his studies, he worked in the banking sector, where he was co-responsible for the development and implementation of software for tracking client profitability. He later participated in a project in Vienna, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of planning software for banks in Central and Eastern Europe. Since 2012, he has held the position of Financial and Investment Director at Koch Women’s Hospital, where he introduced a systematic and process-oriented approach to healthcare management, focusing on efficiency, quality, and the sustainability of healthcare delivery. In his professional practice, he specializes in the optimization of hospital processes, human resource management in healthcare, and the implementation of innovative solutions into everyday clinical practice. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Koch Women’s Hospital.
