In accordance with world trends, he is engaged in the promotion of digital technologies in the field of legal services, which he also successfully applies in his practice. He is the developer of the digital portal www.ORSR.HELP, which is a benchmark for the digital way of providing legal services in real-time mode, not only within the Slovak Republic, but also from a European perspective. Just recently, he founded Legal Tech Hub as a platform for the development of Legal Tech in Slovakia.
He is a partner and founder of the Matejka&Friedmannová law firm, which has been operating for more than 15 years. Its team specializes mainly in commercial law, labor and anti-discrimination law, environmental law, family law, and sports law. The latest activities include the development of Legal Tech solutions and the digitization of legal services.
After graduating from the Law Faculty of Comenius University, O. Matejka specialized in business and labor law as part of his legal practice. With his professional knowledge and results in this particular field, he has become a reliable partner for employers' associations, important professional associations, and organizations, and since 2010 he has been acting as an arbitration mediator and arbitrator of collective disputes and state tripartite disputes.
