She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava and the Faculty of Law at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. She has been working at the Social Insurance Agency and its legal predecessors since September 1987, specializing in sickness benefits since the beginning of her career. During her career, she has held various positions, from administrative worker to specialist in appeals and sickness benefits methodologist. In 2010, she became head of the sickness insurance department, and in 2025, she was appointed its director. Under her leadership, the team successfully managed the COVID-19 pandemic, which had the most significant impact on sickness benefits. She was also one of the main leaders of the project to introduce electronic temporary incapacity for work, where she was the author of the substantive proposal and led the team that collaborated with legislative and technical experts. This project was awarded the ITAPA 2022 Award in the Best Company Digitization Project category. Currently, she and her team are focusing on projects to digitize life situations within the Recovery and Resilience Plan, specifically "Birth of a Child" and "I am sick, I have a sick family member."
