As a Product Owner, he led the development of software solutions for construction cost estimation and financial evaluation, serving a wide range of commercial clients. He also participated in custom implementation projects for corporate customers, including integrations with their internal systems and processes. For the past three years, he has served as the Chief Product Officer at KROS a.s., responsible for defining the company’s vision and strategic direction with an emphasis on sustainable growth and innovation. Drawing on his experience, he sees major opportunities in process automation and the adoption of AI tools that enhance efficiency and bring greater value to clients.
