Michal Beneš
He has been working in the field of IT for more than 20 years and in cyber security for more than 10 years. As part of his practice, he focuses on the implementation of information systems, enterprise architecture, digitalization, IT and cyber security solutions and business continuity management. Michal is a court expert in the fields of Cybernetics and Economics, and since 2015 he has prepared a number of expert opinions concerning information technology and cybersecurity solutions. During his practice, Michal has cooperated with leading companies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and other European countries.

During the lecture, we will discuss the growing demands of digital regulation affecting (not only) technology companies and possible ways to cope with these requirements. From digitizing the analysis and evaluation of regulatory requirements, through automating the implementation of measures within the company, to long-term effective compliance management and preparation for future audits. In the lecture, we will outline a procedure for managing regulatory requirements with the least possible capacity and financial demands, while still complying with digital regulation.
