Until February 2026, he served as director of the Office of the Secretary General of the Ministry’s Administrative Office. He has many years of experience in both state administration and local government, in-depth knowledge of the ministry’s internal processes, and a strong legal background. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno. In the past, he worked as an attorney, head of the Office of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic, and director of the Legal Affairs Section of the Bratislava City Hall.
