He graduated from the Faculty of Arts at UKF Nitra, specializing in Ethical Expertise and Ethical Consulting. He began his career as a technician at Czechoslovak Television. For 20 years, he worked at Orange Slovensko, where he managed corporate clients as a sales manager. Since 2015, he has been actively involved in the transportation sector—first at the Dopravný podnik Bratislava, a.s., as a board member and director of the department for transport infrastructure and electric railways, and later as the CEO of the largest employer in Slovakia, the Slovak Railways. He also gained experience as a board member and investment director at the Verejné prístavy, a.s. organization. In January 2024, he was appointed CEO of the newly established agency NADA – the Národná dopravná autorita (National Transport Authority), which, in its role as national coordinator, aims to support the development of public passenger transport.
