He works in the fields of quality in social services, individual planning and human rights. Previously, he served as a Social Services Quality Inspector at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic and as an internal evaluator of quality standards at the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic. He is a co-author of the Methodology for Assessing the Quality of Social Service Provision, as well as a number of other expert and methodological materials. As an expert and lecturer, he has collaborated with a number of Slovak institutions and professional organisations in the fields of social services and social work, including the Office of the Plenipotentiary of the Government of the Slovak Republic for Roma Communities, the Implementation Agency of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic, the Association of Social Service Providers in Slovakia, and the Slovak Chamber of Social Workers and Social Work Assistants. His work focuses on integrating quality standards and human rights into the everyday practice of social service providers.
