Web interface and integration directly into ERP systems (45 min)
Participants will see the difference between using the Digital Postman’s standalone web interface and directly integrating the delivery service with an accounting or ERP system. Attention will also be given to how an invoice is identified, imported, checked and incorporated into an organisation’s internal workflow. When selecting a solution, therefore, the deciding factor will not be delivery alone, but also the quality of its integration with the organisation’s existing accounting or ERP system. -
Digital Postman and e-Invoicing: How e-Invoicing Will Change How Businesses Operate After 2027 (10 min)
Starting in 2027, companies in Slovakia will face a major shift in electronic invoicing. Invoices will transition from PDF documents to structured data formats and will be delivered via the Peppol network and certified digital mail providers. The presentation will explore the practical implications of e-invoicing for legal entities, ERP systems, accounting, and internal business processes. It will focus on business readiness, new regulatory requirements, the automation of invoice processing, and the role of Digital Postmen in Slovakia’s emerging digital infrastructure.
