He is a renowned expert with many years of experience in senior positions across the banking, finance, and public administration sectors. During his tenure in the banking industry at Bank Austria, HVB Bank, and UniCredit Bank, he participated in the restructuring of Slovakia’s largest companies and managed three major bank mergers in Slovakia. In the banking sector, he held senior roles, including Authorized Signatory and Director of Credit Risk. He also served in prominent positions within public administration, most notably as State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, and as chairman or member of numerous supervisory boards and governing bodies of companies and organizations.
